Peanut Energy Bar

½ c peanuts

½ c sunflower seeds

2 c. raisins

2 c. oats

2 c. rice krispies

¼ c wheat germ – toasted

Combine the above .

½ c. peanut butter

½ c. brown sugar

½ c. honey

Combine and microwave until bubbling. Add 1 t. vanilla and stir. Pour over dry ingredients and stir to coat everything. Press, FIRMLY, into a greased 9” x 13” pan.

Let stand until cool and firm – 1 hour. ENJOY.
